		<description>I do the same for my candidates in addition to sharing with them what it is like to work here - fortunately I seem to do a good job since just about everyone we've hired is a cultural fit.  I think it's important for a candidate to know what they are in for - like you I tell them what to expect from the interviewers - why in the world would you want to keep that a secret?</description>
